In the previous section we created our first route. Now you can go to the Tracking module so as to check how to monitor what your conductors are doing. If you want more information about what you can do in the Tracking module, go to the Fleet tracking section.
You will first see your vehicles on the left, with each of its conductors, and the map at the center. The blue point in the middle is one of the conductors ending connecting to the mobile application.
You can click on one of the vehicles so as to see its specify route.
Once the route of this vehicle is opended, you will see all the visits that are into is route, the GPS localization of your vehicle and the state of each delivery. As your conductors are reporting how it works, you will see how are turning into green color the successful deliveries and in red color the failed ones. If you click on any delivery you will be able to see more informations.
In the detail of each delivery you will see the comments let by the conductor, the hour when he visited the place and the photos he took. You can download the photos on your computer if you need it.
While you are monitoring on the web what your conductors are doing, they will be using the mobile application of SimpliRoute. They can download the mobile application via the Google Play Store or through this link.
In the application they will have the list of the places they have to visit. To begin, the conductor has to Start route.
The list indicates to the conductor the places he has to visit, in which order he has to do it and approximately at which hour he should be arriving to each of them. All the visits he or she would have saved will change of color to green for the ones completed or red for the ones failed. You can click on any visit to see more details.
Into each visit there is the detail that you had entered while were creating the routes, such as for example, the time window when it is possible to visit the client, the person to contact and her phone number. With the blue button, the conductor can ask for indications about how to reach the destination with other navigation applications installed in his mobile such as Waze or Google Maps.
The mobile app user can report how occurred the visit, if he could deliver the product or if he could not.
For each visit, he will be able to add comments and take photos. The datas of the hour when happened this event and when the mobile app user touched the blue ticket will be saved. You will be able to see on the tracking web interface everything he reported.
For more informations about everything you can do with the mobile application for deliverymans, you can go to the Mobile application section.
